Hello Everybody!

After a fantastic two month stint in Germany playing 25 shows, two festivals, a bunch of house concerts, and a live recording I finally made it back to OZ. The trip back to OZ was somewhat of a disaster with an over accusative UK customs  keeping me locked up for 6 hours before allowing me entry into London...Aparently they had suspicions that I was going to be performing shows in London and making bucket loads of money doing it, so kept me in  a little holding cell that i shared with a bunch of gloomy people from round the world while they investigated... some fingerprinting, photography and hours of stop/start interrogation later, it was finally deemed that i was infact just stopping over for four days on my way home...Unfortunately thanks to my friends at UK Customs, my four days became three! 

Nevertheless a good three days they were as I got a chance to catch up with good mate Liam Gerner (amazing singing songwriter from Adelaide - now living in UK) and play a little showcase gig in London before returning home. (i repeat no money was earnt at this gig!!!)

So 'what's next?' i hear you ask... As of the 14th of Oct The Jaimi Faulkner Trio featuring Tim Keegan (bass) and Selwyn Cozens (Drums) will be hitting the road up the East Coast of Australia to perform songs from Kiss & Ride. (Check gig guide for details) SO if you're in Sydney, Newcastle, Canberra, Brisbane, Byron Bay or surroundings, come down to a show...or if you know someone who should come to the show in the area, get on the 'blower' and let em know!!
