Hello All.

This latest entry finds me purched at a kitchen table in Prittlbach in southern Germany, its a grey day outside and I'm listening to Charlie Musselwhite whilst writing to you. Im well overdue for an update... so here goes...

European summer has been pretty kind to me with the exception of a few rained out festivals, but as always I've been travelling all over Germany and Holland, you can find

me most days on the train heading to my next destination, guitar in hand.

New Record:

I'm coming to the end of a big run of shows and am very excited to announce that next week I will start recording for the next record that hopefully will come out sometime in 2012... Its been a big year of travel and change in my life, so the songs will reflect this.

I'm going to take my time, get it right, but it will be started soon which of course is both exciting and a little nerve racking for me. But the main thing is, i've got a lot of new tunes that need to be heard and eventually I hope they make their way into your homes, i-devices and car stereos. :-)

Touring:

I'm not stopping touring completely whilst recording, as i have a few festivals in August and a few shows in September to keep me 'match fit'!

Two festivals in Holland next week - the Gauzepop festival in Enschede (5/8)  and Festival Duizel in Rotterdam (7/8).

I also will be playing a special Australian Song Day Festival in Castrop Rauxel with Carus Thompson and Derrin Nauendorf (6/8) that is going to be a lot of fun and no doubt a little jamming will happen.

The big show in August will be at the Zelt Festival Ruhr where i played last year before Jamie Callum. This year I've been given the spot just before Joe Cocker on August 19th.

So as always, I want to thank you all for supporting me and my music and I look forward to seeing you some time in soon..
